We want everyone to enjoy their stay at the villa, we do however have a few simple rules.

1) No smoking inside the premises.

2) No children under the age of 12.

3) No extra guests permitted on premises without prior agreement.

4) No parties or events.

5) No pets allowed.

6) No shoes on Carpeted areas of villa.

7) Checkin from 3pm - Checkout by 10am.
